Fair Usage Policy
At K4X, we offer unlimited bandwidth with a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure optimal performance for all our customers. This policy is designed to prevent abuse and maintain service quality across our network.
What is Fair Usage?
Fair usage means that while we don't impose hard bandwidth limits, we expect customers to use resources reasonably and not in a way that negatively impacts other users on our shared infrastructure.
Acceptable Use
- •Normal website hosting and web applications
- •Development and testing environments
- •Content delivery within reasonable limits
- •API services and backend applications
Prohibited Activities
- •Sustained high-bandwidth usage that impacts network performance for other customers
- •Running bandwidth-intensive file sharing or torrent services as primary use
- •DDoS attacks or network abuse
- •Proxy services designed to circumvent bandwidth monitoring
Enforcement
If your usage is determined to be excessive or negatively impacting other customers, we will contact you to discuss your usage patterns. In most cases, we'll work with you to find a solution, which may include upgrading to a higher-tier plan or optimizing your application. Repeated violations may result in service suspension.

1. Service Description
K4X, operated by MIA Holdings Inc, provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services located in Poland. All plans include NVMe storage, dedicated resources, and unlimited bandwidth under our Fair Usage Policy.
2. Free Speech Commitment
We are committed to protecting free speech and will not remove content based on political views, opinions, or beliefs. However, we must comply with Polish and EU law. Content that is illegal under these jurisdictions may be subject to removal.
3. Acceptable Use
While we support free speech, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- •Illegal activities under Polish or EU law
- •Network attacks, hacking attempts, or malicious activities
- •Spam or unsolicited bulk email
- •Activities that violate our Fair Usage Policy
- •Resource abuse that impacts other customers
4. Payment Terms
All services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Prices are listed in Euros (€) or $MIA token (on the Solana blockchain) and are subject to change with 30 days notice. Cryptocurrency payments are processed at the current market rate at time of payment.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
6. Data and Backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. K4X is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances. We recommend implementing your own backup solution.
7. Abuse Reports
Abuse reports should be sent to [email protected]. We will investigate all legitimate abuse reports and take appropriate action when necessary.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. MIA Holdings Inc reserves the right to immediately terminate service for violations of these terms. No refunds will be provided for early termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
MIA Holdings Inc's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the current billing period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
