Terms of Service

Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are made in $MIA tokens on the Solana blockchain. We do not accept fiat currency (USD, EUR, etc.) for any services.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued exclusively in $MIA tokens, never in fiat currency. The refund amount will be based on the original $MIA amount paid.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for VPS services, and before domain registration is completed for domains.
  • No refunds are available for domain registrations once the domain has been successfully registered (usually within 5-10 minutes of payment).
  • Account balance top-ups are never refundable. Once you deposit $MIA into your K4X account balance, it can only be used for services and cannot be withdrawn or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours to the original wallet address that made the payment.

Price Volatility: Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency, the fiat equivalent of your refund may differ from the original purchase. K4X is not responsible for any gains or losses due to $MIA price fluctuations.

VPS Hosting Terms

  • Setup Time: VPS instances are typically set up within 5-10 minutes, but may take up to 24-48 hours in rare cases.
  • Password Expiry: Generated SSH passwords are automatically deleted 7 days after delivery for security. Please change your password or set up SSH keys before this period ends.
  • Fair Usage Policy: Bandwidth is unlimited under fair usage policy. Excessive or abusive usage may result in service review.
  • Service Cancellation: Orders not paid within 1 hour are automatically cancelled.

Domain Registration Terms

  • Privacy Protection: All domains include free WHOIS privacy protection. Your personal information is never exposed publicly.
  • Ownership: You are the beneficial owner of the domain. K4X acts as a proxy for WHOIS purposes only. See our Domain Privacy page for details.
  • Nameservers: You have full control over nameserver settings and can change them at any time via your dashboard.
  • Transfers: You may request a domain transfer to another registrar at any time by opening a support ticket.
  • No Refunds After Registration: Once a domain is successfully registered, no refunds are available as registration fees are non-refundable at the registry level.

Acceptable Use Policy

K4X supports free speech and privacy. We do not monitor or police content unless required by law. However, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Terrorism-related content
  • Direct attacks on K4X infrastructure
  • Activities that directly violate applicable laws of our operating jurisdictions

Violation of these terms may result in immediate service termination without refund.

K4X services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Cryptocurrency Risk: Payments in $MIA tokens are subject to blockchain confirmation times and potential network congestion. K4X is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient funds, wallet errors, or network issues.
